Travels

I've always enjoyed traveling and have gotten to do so much more since graduating from Cornell and coming to California.

In the last few years, I've been in Costa Rica, Niagara Falls, Florida, as well as making a road trip across the US. I've also been to San Francisco a few times as well San Diego and around the Los Angeles area. I also make a special effort to go to parks and wildlife refuges. Here are the ones I've been to in the last few years:

  • Rincon de la Vieja National Park, Costa Rica
  • Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuse, Costa Rica
  • Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica

I'm currently looking to go to several more parks around the LA area. Specifically, I'd love to go to Yosemite and Death Valley. I'd also love to travel to Australia and New Zealand, Alaska, Russia, Thailand, more of central and South America, and Europe. I also wouldn't mind going to Africa for a safari and especially going to Antarctica.

I was lucky when I was younger because my dad often had to travel for business and would sometimes take my mom and myself with him. We would also go on vacation most years. During that time I got to visit the following areas (in no particular order):

  • Colorado (much of the state)

  • Belgium (most of the country)

  • Venice, Italy
  • Salzburg, Austra
  • Germany
  • San Juan and Ponce, Puerto Rico

Finally, I also got to spend time going around the areas near where I spent my undergraduate summers:

  • Three Cities Area in Washington, USA
  • Notre Dame/South Bend, IN, USA
  • Chicago, IL, USA
  • Ann Arbor, MI, USA
