All rights for all photographs are on this website are reserved. Photographs on this site that meet the following conditions:
- are in the Gallery section (including images linked from the Recent Trips section)
- have my copyright statement embedded in the image
- have a maximum resolution of 600x600 pixels
- contain no recognizable humans
are available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License. This license allows you to use the photograph for non-commerical purposes so long as you do not modify the photograph in anyway and attribute it to myself. For attribution purposes, a link to this site or to the gallery page of the image suffices. If you are interested in obtaining a larger version (either print or digital) of any image, please contact me.
